Last night and early this morning was the ten-year anniversary of Dallas’ Stanley Cup. I was only five at the time, so I don’t remember much. All I do remember is my dad jumping and yelling out of happiness. I didn’t get why he was so happy, but now I do. More than anything, I want to see Dallas win the Cup again. It would mean the world to me to watch them win it and actually remember something. I want that feeling of knowing that my team won the championship. I’m sure that’s there’s no other feeling in the world quite like it…
Besides, wouldn’t one final Stanley Cup be the perfect end to the careers of Mo, Lehts, and Zubie? ‘Nuff said…
But let's not win it in such a controversial way next time...or we can just to rub it in Buffalo fans faces again 😉
